Sales Representative

Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage a $1,500,000+ sales plan, selling painting services as well as cross selling other product offerings as the opportunities arise
  • Learn and execute the Aleph Holdings sales process (pre-bid, during bid, post bid)
  • Hitting Personal Sales Target, Margin Target, and cost per margin target
  • Entering estimates into company CRM per Sales Manager expectations
  • Updating client data per Sales Manager expectations
  • Writing customer proposals per Sales Manager expectations
  • Responding to customers questions and office questions per Sales Manager expectations
  • Independently studying to become competent in all services we sell
  • Generate some leads through personal activity (most leads are delivered to you by the company marketing activities)
  • Attending weekly Goal Alignment Meetings (GAM) and L10 Team Meetings
  • Building a sales plan and tracking against it at all times – with Sales Manager guidance.
  • Turning in a weekly GAM Report highlighting weekly, quarterly, and overall numbers, journaling of previous weeks drivers and restrainers, and upcoming weeks goals and priorities.
